The spreadsheet is a useful tool to assist you in creating timetables that includes staffing and room utilisation for up to 12 groups. Session times can be easily amended prior to entering your own detail and duplication in rooms and/or staffing is easily identified. It should be easier than shuffling pieces of paper round your desk until there are no timetabling clashes. There is also a screencast which is 12 minutes long and provides a tutorial on how best to use the timetabling spreadsheet.
Once downloaded, the spreadsheet password to unprotect all sheets is 123.
