Brickwork Tutors Toolbox: A Free Online Hub for Bricklaying Education

The Brickwork Tutors Toolbox is a comprehensive online platform offering a wealth of free resources and tools designed to support the education and training of bricklaying students and apprentices. It serves as a central hub for learners and tutors, providing a wide array of materials to enhance knowledge, practical skills, and professional behaviours within the trade.

The platform, accessible at brickworktutorstoolbox.com, was founded by Peter Roberts, a respected figure in the bricklaying industry. His vision was to create a collaborative and freely accessible resource to bolster the quality of brickwork education.

A Rich Repository of Learning Materials:

The Toolbox boasts a diverse collection of resources catering to various learning styles and teaching needs. These include:

  • Paper-Based Activities: Printable resources for hands-on learning and revision.

  • Interactive Online Quizzes: Engaging digital quizzes to test knowledge and understanding.

  • Instructional Videos: Visual demonstrations of techniques and concepts.

  • PowerPoint Presentations: Ready-to-use presentations for classroom-based learning.

  • Learning Packs and Workbooks: Structured materials to guide students through specific topics.

  • Posters and Visual Aids: Informative and visually appealing resources for learning environments.

  • Blogs and Podcasts: Listen to the latest thoughts from some of the industries well known bricklayers.

These resources cover a broad spectrum of the bricklaying curriculum, from foundational knowledge to more advanced practical skills. The platform is continuously updated with new content to ensure it remains relevant and comprehensive

.

Collaboration and Community:

The Brickwork Tutors Toolbox also fosters a sense of community by collaborating with other organisations and professionals in the construction industry. This collaborative approach ensures that the resources are aligned with current industry standards and best practices.

In essence, the Brickwork Tutors Toolbox is a valuable and freely available educational asset for the bricklaying community, empowering both students and tutors with the tools they need for success.
