Brick Gauge Calculator (non standard gauge)
Type in the height you are working toward, this calculator will provide you with options to consider for larger or thinner bed joints to achieve it. Bump Up or Grind Down? You should also consider brick type and joint finish when selecting the correct option.

LEES IMPERIAL: Three Centred Arch Voussoir Calculator (Span and Rise measurements required)
This calcultor allows is for arches constructed with imperial bricks. Enter the span measurement, the rise measurement. the brick size (gauge), joint size preferred and the face depth of arch (half brick 108mm or one brick 228mm) to calcualte rise, and voussoir number & sizes (additional information also generated)

BTTB Three Centred Arch Voussoir Calculator (Span & Rise Measurments Required)
Enter the span and rise measurements and the face depth of arch (half brick or one brick) to calcualte rise, and voussoir number & sizes (additional information also generated)

LEES IMPERIAL: Three Centred Arch Voussoir Calculator (Span only model)
This calcultor allows is for arches constructed with imperial bricks. Enter the span measurement, the brick size (gauge), joint size preferred and the face depth of arch (half brick 108mm or one brick 228mm) to calcualte rise, and voussoir number & sizes (additional information also generated)

BTTB Three Centred Arch Voussoir Calculator (Span only model)
Enter the span measurement and the face depth of arch (half brick or one brick) to calcualte rise, and voussoir number & sizes (additional information also generated)

BTTB Angle Setting Out Calculator
Enter a known horizontal measurement and the angle required and press calculate to determine horizontal measurement that will form the angle required (line of Hypotenuse) Click here to return to BTTB Calculation Tool Menu

BTTB Gothic Arch Striking Point Calculator
A simple calculator to determine the distance of the striking points from the springing points on Gothic arches. The striking points will always sit on the springing line. Springing points and striking points on an Equilateral Gothic Arch are the same. For Lancet Gothic arches, the striking points will be measured externally (X) from the springing points. For Drop Gothic arches, the striking points will be measured internally (Y) from the springing points. Simply enter the gi

BTTB Camber Arch Calculator
Enter span, arch depth on face, preferred joint size and intrados rise required as a pervcentage of span (recommended 1%) and the calculator will provide all the detail to set out brick cut size at intrados and extrados (extrados brick cuts will be a constant measurment). Bricks at intrados with a >1% rise will be tapered and increase in size from skewback to key brick, and mirrored on opposite side. Click here to return to BTTB Calculation Tool Menu

BTTB Construction Calculation Tools
Select any of the BTTB construction calculation tools by clicking on the title block in the menu below. You will be able to return to this page by following the BTTB Calculation Tool Menu link at the top of each app.

Concrete Volume Calculator (circular on plan)
For circular on plan slabs, patios, columns and pile foundations. Insert radius and height measurements to calculate volumes of concrete, with the additional function of including up to 6 separate sets of measurements (select Add Another Set of Measurements). Click here to return to BTTB Calculation Tool Menu

Concrete Volume Calculator
For rectangular and square slabs, paths, patios and raft, strip, pad foundations. Insert Length Width, Depth measurements to calculate volumes of concrete, with the additional function of including up to 6 separate sets of concrete measurements (select Add Another Set of Measurements). Click here to return to BTTB Calculation Tool Menu

Segmental Arch Voussoir Calculator
Enter the measurements for the span and rise in millimetres, to calculate the size of voussoirs on extrados and intrados and determine angle of skewback. Click here to return to BTTB Calculation Tool Menu

Semicircular Arch Voussoir Calculator
Enter the diameter (springing point to point) for a semicircular arch and select the arch depth, to calculate the voussoir dimensions at extrados and intrados, Click here to return to BTTB Calculation Tool Menu

BTTB 3 in 1 Brick and Block Calculator
Options for calculating brick and block quantities in square, rectangular and gable walls, up to 4 walls and 4 openings. Select the option and enter measurements in metres and millimetres. Brick option also for half brick and one brick walls. Click here to return to BTTB Calculation Tool Menu

BTTB Angle Finder Calculator
A simple tool to determine an angle, particularly useful when calculating the angle of rake on a gable or boundary wall. Ensure the horizontal and vertical lines are at 90 degrees to each other, and measure back from the right angle to the line of rake. Click here to return to BTTB Calculation Tool Menu

B.O.E. Raking Cut Mitred Calculator
Enter the angle of the raking cut (maximum of 68 degrees) to calculate the measurement to the top of each symmetrical mitre. This calculator assumes the bed of the mitred brick will remain at 65mm. Click here to return to BTTB Calculation Tool Menu
